Warning when AI ally is about to peace out
If the ally was a player we could be communicating something like this. The AI cannot talk so there's no way for me to know they are about to peace out. Please add a mechanic that tells you in advance if your AI is about to do a separate peace deal we deserve to have that information

Why we deserve it

Because having an AI with unreadable patterns is just bad game design. If there's literally no way to predict the way you're ally is going to act that means the mechanics are undercooked
This is a great feature. Just reveal the AI's criteria that the game uses when its making a decision to quit mid-war. I bet a simple mod could do it even.
Peace offers will be revamped completely. I suspect it will be something like in HOI4. It is in a roadmap already.
Well atm you can see their stabily, bellicism ect in the war panel.

Believing from player view you can do a separate peace when AI is at 49% it should be the same in your camp.

Some modifier occur like if the wargoal is achieved or not, but you have some clues already to know if an ally is gonna 'betray' you.

It's a game AI. If it was capable of understanding something like that than sure you would have a point. I am a player trying to formulate strategy's and would like ways to access data that is currently unreadable I.E. ai allies doing arbitrary things I can't account for in any way except save scumming.

So, you’re talking about an AI-based game, yet you bring up a scenario where a human player would tell you exactly what they’re going to do—I’m struggling to follow that. What you’re asking for would be completely overpowered (OP). Besides, with the information I’ve already given you, it’s really not difficult to tell when an ally is about to abandon you.

AIs won’t abandon you the way a human player might. Adapting to that is simply part of the game. You just need to work a bit more on your "strategy."
