Unfortunately, there is not a lot you can do about that. In laptops these days you have three options, Good CPU with crap IGP, Good IGP w/ crap CPU, or pay a lot and get a good cpu and an ok discrete GPU, a lot more heat lower battery life, and heavier.
I usually go for an AMD A series APU of at least A8 level. I find that to be the best balance for gaming right now. But, if you use it for work and need the extra CPU an i3 or i5 provide then you will want to live with the crappy IGP.
With most laptops all you can change is the HDD or RAM and that's it i doubt you can change your Graphics Card. Hence the term "integrated" graphics card

my new computer will be a 4th gen intel i5-3570k,8gb of ram, i will keep my video card for the moment because my processor will make up for its lack of power.
The i5-3570k is a 3rd gen part. The 4th gen one will be a i5-4570k or some such. Save some money and do not get a K variant. They overclock like crap due to them running hot already, and the few things that are CPU bound for an i5 the minor overclock you would get will be un-noticeble. This will also save you money in the cooling department as you can use the stock heatsink. Invest the extra into a good GPU.
Most games these days are not CPU limited even with a 2nd gen i3. The GPU tends to be the biggest bottle-neck. So the better GPU you get the better precivible preformance.
