to uninstall right-click TotalWar: Shogun 2 in ur library, and click 'delete local content'... if its not there immediately click on ' properties' and locate the 'delete local...' there...

And to reinstall, well you'll have to redownload it

if you want to remove the game completely from your registry and remove empty folders and all that jazz, you'll have to purchase or find a free program that scans your whole computer (incl. registry) for any remaining files...

RevoUninstallerPro is a good purchasable uninstalling application; as for free ones, they usually don't do the whole job properly, so you'll to search really hard for a good free copy or ask a friend for one if they have one

I'm not an IT man, or know all that much about computers, so i cannot give you information as to why you're facing problems with Shogun2... it might possibly well be your video/graphics card/s... my processor isn't all that special and i only run 5.5gb of ram and i run the game fine with max antialiasing and visual settings and all that lovely stuff, i do however run 2 1gb HD5670 Radeon cards, which may be the reason why.... don't count on it as the reason why you face issues

search the interwebs for information regarding visual lag or stuttering with Shogun2, maybe your Cards aren't 'fully' supporte? O.o
