Insufficient video memory to run game terminating

Whenever i start a Campaign After 5minutes or a battle it says "Insufficient video memory to run game terminating"

HELP PLS

I think you better go with a newer card, like one who has 1 gb of GDDR 5 to play shogun 2 What's your psu?

Have you overclocked your CPU? It could use some more Ghz, or else go with a I5 upgrade.

For Shogun 2 i would also recommend a Nvidia graphic card and an AMD CPU. Also if you play Bf3 alot i would also recommend a Nvidia card.

Shogun 2 only uses 1 core with barely any return on 2 or 3.
I'm not sure if they've changed that since release.

Intel CPU's seem to be better for this game as a result.

I'd recommend a AMD GPU though, they have plenty of Vram for low enough prices (HD7950, or even 2x2GB HD7850s)
Although in this case i'd say your GPU is actually fine, although you may have to lower some settings and possibly play on DX9.

But my Question is how do i overclock my CPU whenhow will it improve my CPU performance

And one more thing that whenever the game stops responding and i close the game it Says that the game is syncing

Blazingamazing Dude i dont have enough PSU earlier i was going for GTX 550ti 1gb DDR% but i dint have enough PSU so that is why i had to take 6670
