Change your nanban port location?

Well I want to play the Otomo Clan but I would really want the spanish to have the accuracy uppgrade for them.

So Can you change your nanban harbor? to that place?

You'd have to destroy or otherwise lose the Nanban port you start with, and then the option to build a Nanban trade port will appear in any province with a trade port.

Obama almost the same spelling. Can you even use spanish troops in fall of the samurai?

No, only british, american and french. And it depends whether you are shogunate or imperial for which of them you can use
