Naginata Warrior Monk Cavalry

I'm horribly confused, on this page, it says that we can build this unit with a Temple Complex

But for the page in-game it says we need to build ikko-ikki buildings... Can I be Uesugi and still be able to recruit Naginata Warrior Monk Cavalry? Also, I don't have Ikko-Ikki dlc, is this a situation like the Warrior Nuns who aren't even used by the Ikko-Ikki but we have to get the dlc anyways to use them?

But do I also need to be Ikko Ikki? Or could I be Uesugi or any other clan for that matter instead?

Uesugi and Ikko ikki have same units,but 2-3 not same.. Ikko-ikki have gunners monk infantry uesugi not...

No I do think Uesugi does have matchlock warrior monks. But I'm asking about the Warrior Monk Cavalry specifically.

No I can't Daniel, because there are conflicting information. In the online encyclopedia I linked above, it says something different from the ingame encyclopedia.

That is why I am confused.
