Nagaoka vs Choshu FOTS

Having a tough time deciding which is the better faction as far as buffs and unit strength.

Chosu get 10 discount on units and buildings, but nagaoka get 15 percent discount on modern units. Nagaoka also get 15 percent rloading skill which seems major.

But i also hear that chosu get some strong unique units.(nagaoka dont get any?)

-10% cost of ishin shishi actions
-10% cost of modern military buildings and units
+25% income from looting
+3 charge of all units
(and i think tehy get some unique units that nagaoka dont get?)


that +15 percent reloading skill seems pretty major and im leaning towards Nagaoka.

You must take into account clan-specific units. Tosa for example get these insane riflemen with 70-ish reloading skill and maxed (rifleman) range for normal line infantry cost. As they can kill far more numerous armies and rout anything that's less than two times their price without even taking casualties, being able to field them alone makes them a top-class clan.

Nagaoka's 10% business income will help you far more than their measly 15% cheaper units.
