in battles how do i change the camera to cinematic?

If by cinematic mode, you mean remove all the UI, you just have to press 'K'.
I'm pretty sure that's what you were looking for otherwise I'm not sure.

i mean like in rome 2.when it follows ths unit over their heads

i dont think this game has that option

Try delete,, that makes the camera follow closely the selected unit.

Or Insert, so you can see from first-person point of view of the unit, and follow their projectiles in slow-motion

In Fall of the Samurai you can press 'H' to go into first-person for artillery, ships and gatling guns: you can actually aim the weapons this way and control when to fire.

Pressing INSERT when ya clicked any unit (in replay, in actual battles ya can only do it with your own) and it´ll give ya the First-Person view aof a guy in that unit, and ya can cycle between these guys by scronlling the middle mouse button. Ya can also follow arrows and bullets, and if i can remember, bombs aswell. (bare in mind this game is BEFORE Rome 2, so things implemented in Rome 2 will most likely not be in Shogun 2)
