Think about it.
They missed out on a good little feature.
Instead we get Engrish and Shamefur disprays everywhere
Why wouldn't it be available in Japan?
That's an even weirder question lol
I ask myself that a lot
Looking at the supported Languages for this game and Japanese isn't even included.
Just Western ones.
You'd think that a game set in Japan would have Japanese language support
There's a mod that changes the names of the units, but it won't be in Japanese
It'll be more in Romanji.
And the units in game speak in Japanese, but in Fall of the Samurai when you select units in a battle they'll speak Engrish.
But there's also a mod to fix that too lol
Steam has the Total War games region locked away from Japan and many other parts of Asia (such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea).
In the past, people used to be able to bypass the region lock via means I won't write here, but those methods seem to have been locked out now as well.
The reason why is ... nebulous, and I don't want to repeat rumors since I have no hard facts.
Why would they region lock them like that?
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that sounds dumb
