You won't however ever see the game declare that you have won or play the victory video it plays if you do win the campaign.

I don't really think of it in terms of turns, but just the year end date, I mean I suppose you can divide how many turns are in a year and figure it out of course.
You've got till 1799 I believe to complete the campaign and meet the victory conditions, but just as I was telling El1za, the campaign doesn't end there, it just means you don't get the victory video or declaration by the game that you've won.
