Capital Change Mod
So I'm well aware that you can't change your capital in the vanilla game, BUT i was wondering if anyone knew either: if there were any mods that allow you to move it around (even if once per daimyo, like religion) or if there was a way to change it in the game files. the reason i'm asking is that the location of your capital, despite arguments to the contrary, makes a very real difference.

Here are all the things affected by your capital location:
Spawnpoint of generals
Bonus stats of general
Return point of Agents
Bonus stats of quest-spawned units
Extra Recruitment Slot
Trade capability (the Chosokabe get boned here) (actually, why does this rules even exist?)

TLDR; is there ANY way of changing the capital, from outside of game. Could mean DLing a mod, could mean searching through game files.

Finally, if anyone knows how to retrain units, please tell me. I took Buzen as the Chosokabe and wanted to upgrade my archers with the region's goodies, but could not find a way.

I believe the idea for Shogun 2 was to be more historically correct. This is probably why you can't change the capital.

And also I haven't seen the Capital change thing since..Medieval II I believe?...either that or Rome. Can't remember. But it isn't in most TW games is it?
(Also, if you know what games do have it, which?)
