Help with a personal mod
I'm trying to use the official mod tools and MMS 1.3 and I made a folder now which I can't delete upon getting some error.

Anyways, I'm just trying to buff the Nodachi a bit to make them a bit more usable with a small defense buff and slight charge nerf. I start TWeak and edit the values I want in units_stats_land. I export that one table and it says tables exported. I then open up BOB and select mod.pack under data in the Retail part of the window.

Now here, should I select for unit_stats_land_tables Database Export / Convert Table To Binary? I've tried doing everything from scratch and neither one seemed to work, as I've heard it done both ways on various tutorials.

Anyways, I click start and it says it created the pack successfully. Afterwards I stick it in the game data folder and select to enable the mod and I check in the custom battle and see that the stats remain the same as vanilla Shogun 2.

I've checked the pack with Pack File Manager 3.2.1 and in some videos that I've seen something is midding in mine, a file tree or something to the left called just db with the table you edit that I do not see in mine. I can't figure out what's wrong so any help is appreciated.

I've you've already exported your unit_stats_land table, then it will be in the folder:
modding/working_data/db

Simply run the PFM, create a new pack file and import the db folder in working_data
Now the file structure in the PFM should look like this:
PackFileName -> db -> unit_stats_land_table

Save that PackFile as Mod file in your Shougun II data folder.

Thanks for the response, I seem to be making some headway now but I seem to have some problems with the Pack File Manager. It won't let me rename the .pack yet, and when I add the directory the structure looks like .pack -> unit_stats_land_tables -> unit_stats_land.

I've also tried adding the db directory and manually placing the unit_stats_land_tables in there but to no avail as I cannot rename it. I've tried administrator mode but that didn't help either, should I try to find a different pack file manager version? I'm using the latest, 3.2.1 and I have STW selected as the game so I can't figure as to what is wrong.

Oops, nevermind I just found I have to actually save the pack for the changes to take effect, going to test it now.

Edit: It seems to work now, thanks a bunch!
