Awesomium.dll problem
Hello, i got very annoying problem with my Shogun 2. I bought new laptop recently and i am unable to launch Shogun 2. Only thing that will show up before crash is Sega loading screen, but then it crashes, i cant get to cinematic. I looked up some guides, i uninstalled google chrome, cleaned the registry by CCleaner and awdcleaner a even went through regedit and tried to erase leftovers of google chrome in registry. Nothing seems to work so i downoaded Awesomium.dll library from internet and still, all my efforst seems to be in vain, i am getting really mad about this. I cant find a solution. Can anybody help me, please, is there some program, guide or solution just anything what could possibly help me??

Hey i got a solution!!! you need to go to your steam folder (disc C i think) and delete folder Appscache and then restart your PC, worked for me. I didnt have chrome or that incredibar installed, so only problem was that .dll thing. But this worked for me, it is even mentioned on some Steam support page which i dont remember, so if everything fail try this out :)

check about crome if administrator is off then it can't update itself and you still need to enter about to run update... odd place to recive a crome update, if that even help on the game issue ?, maybe people are using outdate crome browser, this could be the cause

Appscache is a folder located in your Steam directory.
Deleting it won't harm your PC or delete any of your games, but deleting it and restarting Steam can solve issues with games sometimes.
