How do i replenish my troop numbers?

I see they they replenish slowly per turn but where exactly is the button to pay gold and heal them fast?

There isn't such a mechanic. You either hire new troops or get the hurt troops to a friendly province that has high replenishment rate. Remember, armies that are hurt without a general will not replenish until they are within a castle.

1. Castle levels
2. Encampment -> that hospital one
3. General skill tree
4. Road levels

If you want full troop numbers faster you can merge wounded units then hire new units to fill the gaps.
