Report a translation problem
1. Have an enemy kill your vassal.
2. Incite a rebellion and hope it kills them. If it doesn't the first time, then don't do so again. They're defensive army will just get stronger. Unless you area able to incite it right after the rebels defeat.
Usually you don't want vassals until after RD. RD has all clans have (-) diplomacy points with you.
Number 2, its a tried and tested shogun 2 tactic I even do it to friendlys, just make sure you have the agent high enough so he dosen't get caught.
