"Top 10 Best Mods" is kinda exaggerated since you cannot "mod" the game as much as in RTW. I do although recommend that you do not install the DarthMod since it's a Sh*tty F*cking mod,

Because the idea of that mod is to make the campaign harder while in fact, it does not. You get more cash per turn, the accuracy of the archers is VERY LOW. Basically if you're trying to defend a settlement with only your garrison and the AI's army only has 5 Yari Ashigaru's in it, you will kill about like 20-30 men before they enter the settlement. While in the vanilla-version you get to atleast crush a unit thus making sense that you can atleast defend your settlement. Also, if you've played/used DarthMod for RTW you will know what it does. Playing as Greece on VH/VH isn't supposed to make be the one who invades Rome(Brutii). THEY ARE THE ONES WHO'S SUPPOSED TO!

I have a related question. Wich mod or mods can improve my experience with Shogun 2? (improving the AI, diplomacy, etc.)

Try the Radious package, it's made Shogun 2 my favourite in the series, just make sure you install the mod for the current expansion your playing, Base/ROTS/FOTS.

See. I told you. It specially bugs me when i was playing as Takeda. Realm Divide is about to happen and my economy will probably get F*cked because i will have to reinforce my settlements with 5+ units. Guess what kind of units? Bow Ashigaru's? Nope F*ck dat Sh*t. It will be Yari Ashigaru's because atleast i will get to kill some men before they take over my settlement.
