Bought Fall of the Samurai before buying the base game

So the question is now if I want to buy everything else and avoid buying Fall of the Samurai again what should I do?

Oy! have no clue how to help you but I have the exact same issue here. Does steam basically tells you you won't get a second copy of shogun 2?

FOTS is a standalone campaign, in fact the bundle with all DLCS (out FOTS) is available and on sale right now, you should have no problem buying it and not getting FOTS again.

I have the same problem, but when i try to buy the bundle it says

Total War: SHOGUN 2
Total War: SHOGUN 2 - Dragon War Battle Pack

So if i have the fall of the samurai standalone i cant get the original Shogun 2? , anyone tried to get the bundle and check that the in fact get the copy of Shogun 2?

had same problem but once I purchased the bundle it unlocked the main shogun 2 campaign

That's because Total War: SHOGUN 2 - Dragon War Battle Pack is a FOTS mod, and already comes with FOTS if you boutgh it, and Total War: SHOGUN 2 probably means FOTS, I wouldn't worry in buying the bundle, but try to check with the support, anyways you can get a refund if it wasn't what you want.

I bought the Shogun 2: Fall of the samurai collection, but I can't play the original campaign. I thought it was included, is it not?
because it says I already have Shougn 2 in my library...

Thanks for this thread, I was having the same concern since Shogun 2 pack has a nice sale right now, and I'd like to play without so many steamships and cannons sometimes. ;)
