How do you move saves between computers?

I have this game synced on both of my computers, but that doesn't actually do anything. I don't want to move all of the gamefiles because they seem to reference the computer that they're on. Does anyone know where exactly the save files are and if I can move them between different computers?

Go to your C drive, then your user, then app data, then roaming, then thecreativeassembly, then Shogun 2, then save games, attach a copy to a draft e-mail, open your e-mail on other comp download the save and put it in the exact same folder on the other comp as the one you took it out of.

Thanks! I'm on win7 though, so I had to go about it slightly differently. Anyhow, it was just the location that I needed.
