Problema Shogun 2

Hola, tengo un problema al iniciar una batalla en shogun 2, al terminar la carga, se pone la pantalla negra, pero el cursor sigue andando correctamente... ademas lo acabo de adquirir y me figura q jugue 278horas... cosa que es imposible... alguna solucion?

El problema que tenia era con el directx 11. Mi computadora tiene un procesador amd a10, 8gb 1866mhz, windows 10. Creo que el problema es de compatibilidad con el sistema operativo. los drivers estan actualizados y el directx tambien estan actualizados.
el juego en directx 9 anda perfecto.
Lo que no entiendo es que jugue 2 horas aproximadamente y en steam aparece que jugue 280 horas, esto sucedio justo cuando se produjo el error de la pantalla negra.

ahh yes, please download amd BETA catalyst driver that will fix the dx11 problem
you can go dx9 on old driver that was the old solutions its a amd problem only

try use AMD game evolved and enable beta driver, that should also fix this, i guess
i have nvidia myself so i cant confirm if game evolved has such options.
