trade problem

i got a trade node of silk but im not importing it. can someone help me with this problem?

You need to put an actual trade ship on the node.

The only other thing I can think of is there's no port for it to go in to. Are all ports blockaded?

no,all are opened and the trade routes are active it even says im importing but when i go on diplomacy it says im not

It will only show as importing if you're importing it from another clan. Technically you're producing it. In the trade summary it should still show how much you're making and how much is being exported to your trade partners.

actualy no because i also have cotton and incense trade nodes and they appear that im exporting it

Could be a bug I guess. It seems odd that cotton and incense are working, but not silk. It could also be that your export capacity is reached and nobody has demand for silk maybe.

Hello, I have the same problem with silk and iron, I don't know how to fix it.

I think there's a bug in that some resources are not highlighted on the trade screen, something that would indicate one has access to that resource. I'm pretty sure iron is one of them. It's just a display bug, and one does actually have access. You might be able to check another way whether you have access, such as being able to build something requiring those resources.

Right now I am clearing the download cache, maybe it could be the solution.
