Report a translation problem
Then delete the user.script file located here:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\scripts\
[Note: AppData is a hidden folder so ensure view hidden items is enabled]
Next verify your game files on steam and you should be good to go. You can then resubscribe to the mods on steam and copy any mod .pack files you moved back into your data directory.
Go to Steam Library
Right click on Shogun 2
Select Properties
Select Installed Files
Select Verify Integrity of Game Files
