Short Campaign = 25 provinces
Long Campaign = 40 provinces
Domination Campaign = 60 provinces
It specifies the year by which you need to achieve this for victory and stipulates specific provinces that you must hold for victory, which always includes Kyoto and becoming shogun - unless you are playing either Fall or Rise of the Samurai.
As you have all 65 provinces, you must have met the victory conditions for any of the campaigns, unless you were beyond the date, in which case you didn't. In either case, you must have been offered the option of continuing the campaign at some point.
If you did, congratulations. If not, try again, maybe with a different clan, and be a bit more aggressive in order to meet the deadline.
On your next game you can try to make your armies more unbalanced if you want a more challenging experience. Maybe try having no spearmen or only archers and gunners or something.
