I can't level up on Clan Development!!

Hello.

I'm playing with the Darthmod mod right now.
Just got this bug or whatever, so that I can't level up in my clan development tree.
I'm playing as Jozai and I converted to the Imperials pretty early in the game, but the clan development meter have been stuck on FULL on level 1 for very long.
I've destroyed my samurai dojos and built markets, but theres no change in the meter.
I'm about to buy another modern building, but I don't think that will matter.
My other saves without Darthmod works great and I level up the CD very easy and fast.
Anyone can help?

CA and Steam hate modders that try to improve the combat sytem. In the worst case, your avatar will be reset when the game detects mods.

What? Destin, this isn't the kind of post we're usually have reasons to rant against CA, look again...I mean, this isn't another "Boo Hoo my avatar got erased" nor Combat System - This is Campaign Gameplay.

Anyway...For now just research Technologies and build more Modernization Buildings, perhaps its just DM making modernization harder. If still not working, well, its maybe something with DM itself.

Yeah since I'm still on level 1 on the clan development, I've already researched it all. 4 techs only in level 1 unfortunely. Feels stupid that I have to wait until making another research. Not very total war-like.

You could try building the higher level farms. Even if the yield of the crop is 'poor' do it anyway. You will receive modernization. Build the trade ports at your costal provinces well. The in-game encylopedia makes it clear which buildings give +modernization.

I am having this problem as well, I want better ships and recruitment slots, but my clan dev bar won't budge a bit...

just hold off on shih and epic architecture for the very last research, usually if you have at least 2 province and develop modernization buildings you'll get to level 2 before you finish either of those
