What are the best mods for the game?

What are the best mods? (maybe your personal collection?)

What mods add most variety to units? Is radious the only overhaul mod? Does it work well with the newest versions of the game?


What are the best purely visual mods? (Texture packs, and unit variety)? Are there mods that make models more unique (or is it hard capped? I mean in the squad there can be 4 different persons, anyone else is just a clone?)
What is this 10th anniversary mods pack that everyone is talking about?

Extended Camera mod is a basic essential. A couple of bug-fix type mods are Heavy Bune Missing Oar fix and Hattori/Tokugawa ninja fix (of which there are many versions - I use John's).

I've not used any other mods, except for the one I made that removes Yari Wall ability.

Just go to the workshop and type "Font" lol

10th anniversary mods pack is a creation of mods that improve visuals of everything ranging from Unit variation of how they look and their flags as well as weapons. Textures updated to a higher degree, AS well as having improve visuals for weather, buildings,effects and pretty much everything honestly is overhauled and improved.

On top of all that you also have the music pack which fits the game well and even better is the entire overhaul is modular. If you dont like what is changed in one part you just dont have to use it. You can pick and choose which parts of the 10th anniversary mods you want to use.

I highly recommend it it really does add new life to the game. I use the mod pack with Bulldogs Daimyo HD mod and the Ultimate Immersive Mod. It says you need real armies mod but i dont have it active and everything works fine.

And how is the game without this ability? Suppose you are forced to use another units, and for instance yari samurai have become useful?



Btw what are the best mods to improve siege weapons. They are just useless in the vanilla game.

Are there any mods that improve the autoresolve? It's quite tiresome having to manually fight a lone trade ship with my full stack elite navy, simply because if I autoresolve my fleet will be ridiculously damaged

Currently I'm on darthmod i enjoyed but I really don't like all the other clans attack you when you just invaded about 8 regions (with region expansion mod). Now i would like to change mod.... I'm thinking about radious, do you think it's a good choice ?
