Keep me posted please :)
Will it all be 100% accurate? Probably not, but hey, no docu is. I think this docu actually is really good.
man o man, wish 2nd seaonon was here already.
They also skirted over a lot of the build up to Okehazama which made me sad, I like a narrator doing a good build up to that battle.
I'd say its good for a broad outline but overall not very detailed, it probably appeals to people who need action scenes in documentaries to hold their attention... even if the action scenes look like they were ripped from some Japanese Soap where the premise is that all the Daimyo are from different genres of music, Tokugawa was in a Boy Band, Nobunaga was clearly a grunge rocker and Hideyoshi... well Hideyoshi straight up should not be left alone near children, I think I will have nightmares that character was sus.

i just watched that too. i watched the show and was like that just didnt feel right. Felt like a very hyped up and weirdly romanticized version of it. Oda a mad lad? almost no use of yaris at all? And when they said the katana was the best sword ever made.
