I was quietly playing the Ghost Of Sushima when I heard a tune that was very familiar to me, and I started looking for the song on YouTube and I found it, and what do I find? which is literally the same song as itsuki no komoriuta from campaign mode.

It's a traditional folk song from hundreds of years ago. It wasn't composed for Shogun 2.

It's not just the same composition, it's the same recording. Maybe the original recording was not made for Shogun 2, but was instead licensed, and the other game also licensed it.
