How to unlock the Fall of the Samurai campaign

I just purchased a few DLCs pack and one of them is the Dragon War DLC pack as it shown that by purchasing the DLC battle pack i can now access to Fall of the samurai campaign because i did not own the Shogun 2 fall of the samurai .I need help with this how do I unlock it as I already bought the DLC pack for it.[P.S my game is the Shogun 2 total war]

Read it again. It says not to buy if you have FOTS. If you buy FOTS now you just wasted money on this DLC ...

I know that that’s why I got the Shogun 2 vanilla not the FOTS one

You're not understanding. FOTS includes the Dragon War fights DLC, but the Dragon War fights doens't include FOTS. If you want to play FOTS you have to buy FOTS, but the money you spent on Dragon War DLC is wasted then.

For people who want to play the battles but don't want FOTS. Because it's cheaper to buy the battles than FOTS.

Come on, it's in blue bold in the description:
"Previously only available in the “Fall of the Samurai” expansion, they can now be accessed in the original Total War: SHOGUN 2. Do not purchase if you already own "Fall of the Samurai"."

The Dragon War DLC adds 6 historical campaign on the main campaign in S2. These 6 historical campaigns are also inclusive in the FOTS, hence the notice not to buy the DLC if you own FOTS

It's NOT supposed to unlock FOTS. Read every letter of the description.
You do with it what it does, you play its historical battles in the main menu.

The DLC depict the campaign of Saigo Takamori.

These are the 6 battlefield:

- Toba-Fushimi
- Osaka Castle
- Ueno
- Aizu
- Miyako Bay
- Hakodate
