Question about trading card drops.
I got the base game for free the last week. I've read somewhere that you can't get trading card drops if you didn't buy the game.
However, I did buy the DLC collection pack, along with the Fall of the samurai expansion. Yet I still haven't got any card drop even though I have 4 from in-game purchases.

Any ideas what could be the cause or how could I fix?

You do not get drops for DLC's. If you want cards, buy "games"! Or at least use the search function as this 'I need free cards with my free game' question has been asked 10 times already.

Then why is steam telling me that I still have 4 card drops available. I could be crafting booster packs right now if it didn't say i have card drops available.

you do get drops for buying DLCs some free to play games have trading cards if you buy a DLC for that free to play game then you can get card drops too so yeah if you have DLC then you can get some cards im having the same problem so please let me know if you somehow get cards

and no this has not been asked 10 times already only 1 other person has asked this idk why Red Spot would say that this has been asked 10 times when it hasnt been asked 10 times

It's been more than one person. There were several people back when the game got offered asking about it.

idk i searched for trading cards,trading card,cards and card but i could only find 2 people asking about it

huh weird i did not come across that while searching through the discussions well either way i should be getting cards because i did pay money for this game i bought the DLCs and buying a DLC means that you can get some cards and even steam says that i have 4 cards that i can get even tho after 10+ hours i didnt get a single one
