shinsengumi headquarters?
if you are imperial and you capture a town with a shinsengumi headquarters. should you destroy it?

Depends, do you want shogun influence to be influencing the province and thus contributing to the unrest in the region due to the people there following the Shogun's will while you follow the Emperor, or demolish it and start converting the people there to the path of the Emperor?
