Is it possible to purchase the games separately outside of Bunble and play them? I just wanted Golden Axe and Sonic

Everyone knows that the Sonic games got de-listed from steam. But does that mean that if I buy the collection, I won't get the Genesis classics (Sonic 1, 2, maybe CD)?

Does that mean Super Flickies are canon now?
