The console game has some exclusives like a few arcade games and the original Phantasy Star for Master System (though the unlock requirements are a pain as you require a second controller). The Steam selection has a number of games not available on the console collections though.

Which one has more action adventure platformers those are the kind of games im more inclined not so much rpgs or strategy

The console version doesn't include the locked on form of Sonic 3 with Sonic & Knuckles, and the arcade and Master System games require you to unlock them first. It also lacks a decent number of games compared to the Steam release.

The Steam release has each title separate for purchase with several packs to get 10 at a time, with only the Sonic titles and both ToeJam & Earl games not included in a pack to my knowledge.

As far as games go, the Steam collection might be your best bet, as a number of exclusives should appeal to you more than the arcade ports in the console release.
