No. The only way would be to download a different emulator and play the games on that .

This collection was likely derived from an old CD/DVD-ROM called "Sega Genesis Classic Collection Gold Edition". The disc contained 46 games in all including all the games in this collection. You might be able to purchase the disc on ebay.
