Sonic Spinball might get removed from this collection

Before anything else, no, if you already own the collection it's not going anywhere.

But rumour has it that an enhanced version of Sonic Origins is launching in May with more games and Spinball being one of them. It stands to reason that Sega will remove it from future sold versions of the Classics collection. So uh, get it while it's still there probably?
On the other hand you will now be able to get Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine with Origins and that's good news right?

Oh, just the crappy Game Gear version? Well then the Genesis version is probably safe on here for now. Why they wouldn't go with the better versions is a strange choice.

Im not sure... They could remove it anyway to force people to buy the new dlc collection anyway, And also because the mega drive versions have better graphics so there is this possibility that some people would prefer this versions instead of the "new" ones.
So Sonic Spinball and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine are probably in risk of removal now. And if they get dumb enough they could even remove "Sonic 3D Blast" as a mistake since the game gear DLC has a title with similar name called "Sonic Blast" (yet different games).

Well that sucks, especially for completists. Some of the achievements are tied to the now removed Sonic Games. Luckily I was able to buy a gamekey for the entire collection and got those three sonic games with it.

Even weirder is that Sega yesterday tweeted a picture of Elise dancing with Silver. There's gonna be a remaster of the 2006 game and there's nothing we can do about it!
