I know this topic is from a while ago yet regardless....

It should be available, similar to Super Phantasy Zone and the Thunder Force games. I think the main reason is SEGA have quit this collection now, rather than update the list.

Maybe if you keep asking on Twitter though, they might add them as a fan request.
