Is there any way to restore the game library?
Somehow I am only left with "Sonic 3D Blast", Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

Is there a way to fix that?

If this in regards of Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles no longer being in the library, then no. Sega removed those games to give gamers the incentive to buy their new overpriced, glitchy and music butchered Sonic collection.

If you bought the games prior to their de-listing, you should still have them in your library somewhere. Simply right click on SEGA Mega Drive Classics in your library, go to Properties, click on the DLC tab and make sure all the games you've purchased are checked in your library, otherwise they won't appear in-game. Same applies for any games you've purchased in this collection but don't show up in-game.

Hope this helps! :kidhat:

@V: Thanks, I have read about this. For me I still have the Sonic games. I only have the Sonic games though. xD

@NBOX21: I went on the DLC tab and there I can strangely ONLY see the Sonic games I have mentioned, no other games. I am pretty sure the collection had about 20+ games when I purchased it many years ago. Right now it only shows me the above Sonic games.

If this has not been answered try opening the details panel on the Sega emulator in your library. You should have all of the games you purchased as well as any of the mods from workshop listed in the DLCs etc. Just make sure they are marked "Install" or "Installed" and then verify the game files and any missing games or files should be re-downloaded.

@LDWH1: Thanks. Now that you mention it, for this collection it's possible to remove ROMs (and also add some) by the file structure in the folder, right?

On removing and adding the ROMS for games. I have no idea how to do that. I would conclude that if you know which files in the game folder are the ROMS you want to remove you should be able to delete them which would remove them from the folder but they may still show up in the launcher if the information remains in the computer registry. Editing the registry of your computer is a risky situation if you do not know exactly which/what files you are looking for as that could result in you deleting a file your computer needs to operate properly. Now. On the ROMS. IF you added them from the Workshop lists you should be able to remove them simply by unsubscribing from them. I have found this true with multiple games on STEAM that use the STEAM Workshop files. I hope this helps.

Use the Steam DLC management to add and remove titles that you own.

Hello Crashed. That works for mods/workshop DLCs you own but not those you may have added from other sources such as off STEAM mod sources for this emulator and others that use other games for the files needed to run. Any mods you installed from these sources manually will have to be removed and/or reinstalled manually when they are not offered by STEAM's workshop tool.
