Using ROMs on Everdrive and similar devices

Hi, I am a little ignorant on the matter but I understand (I think) that purchasing this collection allows access to the ROM files. Can these ROMs be loaded onto something like an everdrive to play on original Genesis hardware? Plz be gentle if this was answered somewhere :)

Hey guys! It's a great news! Do you know that here in Brazil, in 2017, the Tectoy (a local official SEGA partner) put on sale an Mega Drive that run ROMs over a micro sd card? This MEGA come with 22 officially licensed games and with this pack of legal ROMs, we can play more SEGA classics legally on a official licensed hardware!

Oh... i forget to say that this MEGA from Tectoy can run games from cartridge too and this is not a software emulator insite but a hardware that try emulate the original console! :-)
