No Saves
I can't save my games when using mods. Sonic 3 Complete won't save, I can't use save states.

Yes, mods have broken saves sadly (unless you use the quick save and quick load options)

Because you can't use saving feature while you're using mods. That's normal.

any efforts to fix this problem? i might want multiple saves in the future and you can only quicksave 1 at a time.

Use another emulator then. You legally own the game right?
