How do we access the bonus Sonic and Knuckles features?
Sonic and Knuckles was released in a unique cartridge format that allowed owners of Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 to insert these cartridges into the slot at the top of the Sonic and Knuckles cartridge. Doing so would unlock the bonus extra long play versions of the inserted game. It was sooooo coooool. How do we set up the virtual console to enjoy this feature?

No you can't.

But you could still find Knuckles in Sonic 2 and Blue Spheres in the workshop.

It still annoys me that you can only play Knuckles in Sonic 2 in a legit manner only via the mobile remaster or the Switch Sega Ages version...
