Falsely flagged as incompatible with macOS Catalina

In the recent Steam beta builds, a new feature was added that warns macOS Catalina users that the game is incompatible if it is a 32-bit application. However, there are lots of games out there that were falsely put into this category, when they are in fact 64-bit. SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics was also affected by this. I tested the game myself on Catalina and it runs fine. According to a Steam beta patch note, developers are supposed to state somewhere (I don't know where) that their game is 64-bit, otherwise it will automatically be flagged as incompatible with Catalina. I've reported this in discussions of other games affected and it was fixed quite quickly, so, I assume it is simple.
