Yes to this! :)
The dark areas in the original AS (the mines) was ok, since it was not too dark for too long. But the day-areas under the hot sun... oh boy that was just zombie-delight :)
And that music was perfect for that scenery and that eerie scary feeling :)
This is still the best computer-game I have EVER played.
The only thing I couldn't wrap my head around was the hordes :(
I never managed to complete DLC2 (And I never bought DLC3) because the horde at the base after the foggy area (Which comes just after the missile-launch) was simply too heavy for my skills.
So if they ever make a follow-up game, an AS2, I hope they will make it less frantic and more about the slower pace of making it through whatever environment they come up with.
Basically fewer zombies, and fewer 'runners' too :)
I always felt, when it comes to the movies, that slow walkers are more scary than the runners. Runners are more like 'normal evil humans', while slow moving zombies are just more 'real primal fear' :)
I do hope they would make an AS2 some day though (However they decide to play it out)
