not true. to drop a gun just empty out the magazine and then hold the same button that ejects the mag for what seems like too long. youll see a white circle fill up. when its full let go and you drop it.

so that is how that works. I have heard rumors about being able to drop the gun but the people I play with has never been able to find out how to do it.

Thanks for clearing this up. I had no idea how to drop guns either. It never explained to me how. I’m also having issues placing and removing the guns on my belt. I’m using the Index if that makes any difference .

For the belt thing, maybe try adjusting the sensitivity of your "grab" on the controller. As for dropping the guns, I'm not sure why anyone would want to do that. I never had a reason to. If a gun is out of ammo, I just swap it for another one.

You guys do realise there is an options in the settings menu to allow objects to be dropped right? Then all you have to do is open your hand like any other game with hands. (on Index at least).
