So they're not even working on a fix?
They didnt comment on direct play or Steam invites not working at all.
DAMNIT. Now i cant buy skyworld knowing there could be a multiplayer issue that will never be fixed. I admit it made me sad refunding this game as i rly wanted it.
Will be avoiding any game made by the developers until their network problems are fixed, why is anyone going to bother buying new games when you can't even complete your old ones?
lmao WOOW... somehow i'm really not surprised. They're probably just hoping the community fixes it for them and then try to take credit for it, feels like they're turning into the "hello games" of VR
While building Skyworld we developed a new networking system which we're applying to Arizona Sunshine too. It's a more robust for setting up connections. The networking issues reported for Skyworld were mainly during the first few days because our matchmaking server died a few times, which has been resolved. :)
Sounds to me like Vertigo Games has serious issues with theyr managemend of funds and release dates which falls back to the community. No matter the issues of the developement team..it shouldnt bite the guys spending money on them in hope for a good time with the product.
I´m glad i was able to stirr things a bit up and prevented people from buying it who were interested in the coop experience. I will keep doing so in the future.
