Can we edit the INI files in the game ?

I would want way much more killing of women, how do we change the values in one of those INI files so we kill and execute women equally? HERE:

It's randomly generated and I don't think ini files can change that.

Seen and read plenty about these INI files and how a small chance can alter the game dramatically. Durante is the man to ask this if he knows how to at this stage.

Seriously doubt the .inis are going to change anything in terms of ped spawning, that's probably controlled by blueprints which won't be accessable in a cooked build.

Yeah I do know those INI files are meant mainly for graphics changes.

Sucks because this game has some potential if we get an SDK to play with....I wish we had more levels and stuff, maybe a different playable character because this hobo sucks.

I'd love to see a metro level, maybe an airport with exploding planes Lol, or a cruise ship with people jumping into the sea
