Mod to add more realism in variety?

So we all know this game is very violent and a bit gory with no chill, but those things are the point of it, and it just mean we can double down and go all in on it. I found myself in a somewhat immersion break when I realized there are no obese people, handicapped/wheelchair/prosthetic, children and pregnant women, etc. I think this game covers only gender and race, and maybe some financial status because you get to see homeless people. But otherwise the people here are only adults that are arguably in shape.

Any recommendations or maybe active modders I can get myself involved in? ty

Hatred 1.666 adds children (though they're downscaled with higher-pitched voicelines), and that’s the closest thing available. As for those modders, I’m unsure if they’re still active—one seems to have mostly moved on from Hatred, though they still update change logs and help others in the comment sections on their mods or other mods. Another generally doesn’t take requests unless provided with the right tools and instead might suggest making the mod yourself.

Besides those two, other modders are not really active, considering this is a game from 2015, the controversy inevitably died off, and the allegedly rigged contest really put a bad taste in the mouth of modders, making likely many move on.
