Why does the game run so slow?, I Have an Ati radeon 5450, 4 GB of ram and a Quad core CPU, But even on the lowest settings at the lowest of resolutions, I Still can't even get more then 4 fps.

You should buy a new GPU, get a GTX 750 Ti it's assured to work on the same PC your 5450 runs on without any other modifications as it also doesn't need an external power supply, the 750 Ti runs about as fast as the GTX 465/HD 5870

Yeah i'm gonna get the GTX 750 Ti 2GB edition, Should run the game fine after i buy the new graphics card.

4gb ram? dude thats ♥♥♥♥. the game recommends minimum 6-8gb ram MINIMUM. just because you have a quad core processor doesnt mean its powerful enough to run the game. EXAMPLE: it recommends an intel I5 2.7Ghz processor OR if its a Radeon 3.2Ghz processor quad core. I had a 2.7Ghz radeon processor quad core but i couldnt run it. its not the games fault you have ♥♥♥♥ in your computer.
