Is the army base supposed to be doable on insane?

All the other maps have been fairly easy on insane and there has been certain strats that work in them. For army base it seems nothing's helping. Also has the durability of the military car been nerfed at some point since in some insane playthrough videos the car seems to be a lot more durable?

Army Base is incredibly tough, and the strategy definitely revolves around the car. However, this video is pretty helpful and can help you abuse some exploits:

As for my strategy, I tend to hug the right side the entire time after I use the fence exploit seen in this video. Drive carefully and slowly, remember that being too careful is never a bad thing, kill the ones with rocket launcher as fast as possible, and abuse every advantage you get out of the car. When you drive back, hug the right side still. You will eventually come upon 3 armored cars and many soldiers, and the car will do wonders here. Try to always stay far back and aim safely so you aren't shot at.
