How to heal?

Im just bought the game and i wonder how to heal like just wait time or search for med kits or kill people?

I usually don't kill them right away, I let them beg me on the ground :D

you could also search toilets because u get healed if u stay in there for a short while

That is only true for the 1.666 mod, not the vanilla game.
