Never, because its 2021 and too many people are offended by pixels. Here in EU, most games and movies from early 90's are still banned like Postal and even DOOM II hell on earth.

I thought the third reich nazi era is over, but seems like its just getting started again.
Everything getting censored or banned in EU - since 1.08 they even sue people on the internet for insults like " you d*ck" - some dude literally got sue'd for that few days ago.

Why can't we have nice things anymore man. I hate the current year, i miss the old good early 2000's... Life was so much easier and games were fun.

Hey, if they wanted, they could make a sort of opposite Hatred. Instead of someone gunning down random people because he's a nihilist and just wants to see the world burn, they could make them someone who guns down "Nazis" and other buzzword people. It'd definitely score a lot of brownie points with certain groups and journalists.

I honestly wouldn't care. Death is death to me, and as long as it's still all about that I'd have fun. I'll always have a soft spot for the more nihilistic and edgy version, though.
