Was the Antagonist a military man?
I'm trying to discover his past, he has a lot of skill with weapons, military tanks, he knew where a military base was located near the city, besides having a big scar on his face

nobody knows if the hatred dude was a military man. and nobody knows his name, his past, or why he hates the world and wants to kill everyone. and that is the beauty of this game is that destructive creations left that a mystery for you to try and figure out. but nobody probably can figure it out. destructive creations are so creative and have so much talent and potential as game developers. i love mystery games

he could have been a military man,
a normal person who trained for years how to manage weapons with too many luck,
a vampire which heals himself killing people,
a psycho who studied everything in the dark web
(I mean for the location of the C4 HOW CONVINIENT THAT HE FOUND C4 EXPLOSIVES THAT EXACTLY DAY IN A BOX OUT OF SAFETY)

The most imporant thing here is that this game is here, and here for you to discharge all your hatred when you're having a hard time.
