Look at the top of the page.

Games are restricted from broadcast based on two criteria:

The official ESRB rating is Adults Only*
The game violates our Community Guidelines as it applies to hate speech, sex, nudity, gratuitous gore, or extreme violence.

Hatred is rated AO.
It's not banned because of "SJWs" or "leftists" or whatever. It's rated AO, and all AO games are banned on Twitch.
